Uh…and I cannot post comments there, so I would here I supposed. I agree with eating like a local. Being a Malaysian, we have iron tummy (that’s our urban myth anyway) because most of us except the Muslims in our country have almost everything with flesh under the sun. Almost, because humans can’t be eaten. ;P So I grew up being very adventurous about food, and would eat anything remotely edible. I’m even more adventurous than my man when it comes to eating food around here. Hehehe. I would looooove to try that chile relleno. I think I’ll google the recipe…you make me want to see Guatemala everytime I read you.
