I Have Ebola . . . No, Wait! It`s ADD!

I love the internet, I really do. But man, is it dangerous. I mean, all that information out there . . .
When I had the flu and was NOT getting better, I decided to look up my symptoms on the internet. BAD IDEA! Unless you really think you`re dying, I don`t suggest doing this. According to one diagnostic site, I most likely had ebola. Cuz I`ve been kinda friendly with monkeys recently . . . not.
And more recently, I was just skimming (ever notice how that happens when you have to work, suddenly everything from clipping your fingernails to looking up the meaning of obscure words becomes terribly important) online and came across this thing about ADD. And guess what? I TOTALLY match the symptoms. The lack of concentration, tendency to be messy . . . hmmm.
The problem is that I could probably take a lot of online quizes and type in my symptoms and I`d end up with a couple dozen diseases. And then there are the ones where you actually start to believe it and manufacture symptoms . . . “Oh, it says skin rashes . . . I DID have that little outbreak of three zits the other day, it must have been a rash!” And suddenly you`re sick with everything from ebola to salmonella and ADD and bipolar disorder. I tell you, the internet`s a dangerous thing!

I’m not permitted to Google for any symptoms I might have, for this very reason.
And chances are that if you were to enter the same symptoms in twice, it would be a TOTALLY different outcome too!!!
Lol….
