My Best Organization Tip

Question of the Week this week is What is your BEST organization tip? So here it is, my major insight on this:
Don’t get married or have kids.
That’s it. You can be the most organized person in the world, but if you have a husband in the house, forget it. Your neatly folded towels will be tossed in crumpled heaps, the bed will be perpetually unmade and the house will be littered with dirty coffee mugs.
Add a toddler to the mix and you have toys that won’t stay more than ten minutes in their box, books that seem to magically fly off the shelf and milk spilled in places you don’t even know about until they start to smell funny!
That would be my first tip. But if you already have kids and a husband, then my suggestion is to teach them to pick up after themselves. You might not ever make that goal, but even getting your kids to stop leaving Lego laying around could help a lot!
