Technical Difficulties

I spent WAY too much time sorting out technical issues yesterday with both websites. Apparently some people can’t use the store’s shopping cart properly, it comes up wonky or only lets them put 3 things in. So, if you are interested in something from the shop and it’s not working for you, just send me an email with what you want and we can do a direct pay thing on Paypal.
I ended up having to do the payment button several times on my Freelance book, as well, for some reason. My usual shopping cart, e-junkie, wasn’t working at ALL for that book, though it was fine with the other one. Then I switched to Paypal, and that didn’t work either, so finally I had to make a whole new page and put the button on there, it worked ONE TIME and then that was it. Finally, I got it working again, but it was a lot of time spent mucking with links and code and I will think twice before doing another firesale!
On the plus side, I made enough to buy our tickets yesterday, so we finally have a set date mid-August and I could finally tell my parents actual dates (they’ve been waiting for ages). So now they can arrange time off, dig out old toys and books for the kids to use and generally prepare for the utter chaos that is about to hit them. 
So, now I need to finish my huge stacks of work, get the boys haircuts, pack and repack and probably stress out even more than when I was stressing out about the tickets, ha. Because that’s how I roll. All stress, all the time!
