Thirteen Things That Make My Kids Laugh

Kids laugh about the weirdest things. My boys are pretty funny themselves, but what they find hilarious is very interesting! Here is a little taste . . .
1. Each other. One laughs and the other thinks it´s funny. I can see this turning into a giggle-fest when they get a bit older!
2. Things falling. Something falls on the floor and Dorian thinks it´s just the funniest thing in the world.
3. Wiggling fingers. This comes from the anticipation of a tickle, but it is something both boys screech and howl at when they see our fingers wiggling in their direction.
4. Me doing high kicks. Yes, I´m sure I do look funny, but I´d appreciate not being laughed at.
5. Either parent on the floor playing cars. This just strikes Dorian´s funny bone.
6. Spinning in circles. Yup, that´s funny. Used to laugh at it myself before it made me sick.
7. Being tossed in the air. There´s just something about that scary sensation of flying that makes even a baby laugh nervously.
8. Animals. For some reason, when a bird goes hopping past outside, Dorian laughs his head off. Even more so for a larger critter, like a dog or a cat. Can´t wait to take him to the zoo.
9. Banging stuff. Take a spoon, bang it on a tin, plate, tummy, anything really, and get a lot of laughs out of it. Dorian´s favorite game apart from cars.
10. Hi-5. This is Dorian´s favorite show. He likes to dance and sing with the people on screen. He doesn´t laugh as much at this, but Dante finds it hilarious and will chuckle through the entire 30 minutes!
11. Poking sleeping babies. Dorian thinks it is really fun to poke Dante when he is asleep and then laugh at his grumpy face.
12. Kissing parents. I´m sure this will turn into “Eeew! Gross!” in a year or two, but for now, Dorian finds it pretty darn amusing when we kiss in front of him.
