Tracking Your Fitness

I just signed up for FitDay - Free Weight Loss and Diet Journal yesterday and I have to say that I am impressed. It is a free website where you can track your goals, food and exercise.Yesterday, I put in a few goals, added the various foods that I had eaten (I eat WAAAAAY too many carbs!) and put in my assorted activities. Did you know that looking after small children for just 5 hours burns over 700 calories? :D

Anyway, FitDay automatically helps you see how well you are doing with your goals and gives you graphs and charts and stuff for your food and everything. It is really neat and hopefully will help me lose weight and get trim before my sister gets here! (I have to lose 1.91 lbs a week to get to my goal weight before she arrives in December).

I highly recommend checking out this website if you are looking for a way to keep track of your weight and calorie consumption.
