What Is Going On At Night?!

I once read this horror story about a bunch of people in a town who were sleepwalking and they would kill and eat raw animals when they were asleep. Of course, being a horror story, some of them became cannibals. But they didn`t know. They would wake up with all kinds of marks on their hands, blood around their mouths and not know what had happened.
I kinda feel like those people. Often, I wake up in the morning with skinned or bloody knuckles. We have the typical stucco walls so common here, so I figured I was just throwing my hands up in my sleep and bashing them on the wall. But at the moment, I`m turned around and sleeping with my head at the foot of the bed and yesterday I woke up with skinned knuckles again!
And this morning, when I got up, my mouth felt really odd. It took me half the day of licking my lips before I finally looked in the mirror. My upper lip is sliced several times, like papercuts and there`s an actual HOLE in it! Like I punctured myself or bit my lip really hard.
Now, I`m pretty sure the neighbors would say something if I were prowling outside all night and my kids don`t seem to notice anything odd. Granted, Irving is a deep sleeper, but he hasn`t even been here the past couple of nights until about 5 am. So, I`m really, really confused as to how I`m hurting myself without waking up! And exactly what am I doing all night, to end up with paper cuts on my lips? Licking envelopes? Maybe I have a secret night job as an envelope stuffer? :S

Ow! Could it be cracked/split? Like too dry?
WTH? That is really weird…but if the dogs next door suddenly disappear in the night and you wake up with fur stuck between your teeth than you’ll know whats up and get some help for yourself. Lol…
