When It Rains, It Pours

So, I´ve been applying for a HUGE number of writing jobs lately, in an attempt to find something that will pay me more than $3 an article and which will allow me to work on my blogs, without major stress about money. Until now, I hadn´t heard anything from anyone . . . then suddenly, all those jobs started writing me back.

This is good, but I now will be writing for 2 blogs, one brand-new and another that is fairly established, but requires writing in a new style for me. On top of that, I have a one-time job where I have to write 100 short bios (by Sunday!) and possibly another job where I will be writing a couple of articles per week . . . AND yet another one which is a forum-based assignment site, where first come, first serve. Think that will keep me busy?

What with Christmas coming and all, I really want to get a bit more cash coming in and taking on these extra jobs (except the bio one, which means stressing for the next 4 days) will allow me to maintain a basic, steady income while doing the stuff I want to, like developing an ESL course, writing my book and bringing my blogs up to speed. That´s the plan anyway. We´ll see how it goes . . .

Ok, so that is going to keep you occupied for a little bit, does this mean that we will not be seeing you around here as often then? :(

Oh, and where in all of this are you going to be tending to the kids, the ’significant other’ and the house work…

Still, it is money coming in, and hopefuly not a scam like last time!!!

I´ll try to post here, but it´s going to be pretty busy till Monday, I´m afraid. :P Still, can´t complain! Oh, and since I wrote that post, three more jobs have come in. I had to turn one down, it just wasn´t possible to do all of them and so the lowest paying job had to go.

With so many different ones, I think I am safe . . .if one is a scam (and I don´t think they are, I checked these ones out!), then I still have the remaining jobs!
