Oh, BOY, does a fridge make cooking easier, but it is still possible in hotter climes: after all, the Indians and Pakistanis have naan bread, chapati, paratha, etc! Best, and again, welcome, N. Mike, I´m sure I´ll be sick of memes and tags at some point, but part of the reason I started ExPat Mom is because I didn´t feel that I should have memes on my regular business blog, At Home Mom (link in the sidebar).
