Bernie, don`t worry, he asked permission. Of course, having the kids cooped up for two weeks indoors made the decision real easy! And Dorian never gets sick from rain. I think that`s all hogwash myself.

Now if he was out there and didn’t ask, you would have to get cross with him (whilst trying not to laugh at his cuteness…). However, if he was out there and allowed to be there, that is so cute!! I hope he doesn’t catch a cold though!!!
