Ya Think He`s Ready?

Tonight, Dorian called me into his bedroom. “I`m cabal (full diaper), Mama.” He said.
He was down at the foot of his bed, laying there, waiting to be changed. Which I thought was a bit odd, but whatever. He was soaked through and his bed was wet down at the bottom where he`d been laying.
So, I changed him and went to feel the part up top where he sleeps to see where it was wet so I could cover it. And guess what? It was dry. The little stinker KNEW he was going to pee and since his diaper must have been fairly full already, he KNEW he`d wet everything . . . so he moved to the bottom of the bed! If that`s not a sign that the kid needs to start using the potty, I don`t know what is.
I`ve been trying to stay nice and lax on the whole topic, but now I`m thinking it`s time for drastic measures. Well, not too drastic. But I bought some cute little undies with planes and cars on them for him the other day and I`m thinking that he should just wear them for a day and we can see what happens. I bet you he starts using that potty as soon as he realizes that he will be “all wet” if he doesn`t!

He’s ready!!! And, whats more, I think that if he realises that he will be more comfy WITHOUT the nappy (diaper), then I think he will get use to it really fast as well… And undies with cars/planes are his style! Maybe take him with you to pick the ones he wants???
