Yummy Popsicles

We´ve really been getting into making popsicles around here. Dorian just loves them! So, I started scouring the net for recipes and boy, did I find some weird ones! Ones with Rice Krispies and pecans, others with Miracle Whip and graham crackers! Bizarre. I had no idea people made concoctions like this!
My popsicles are pretty basic so far, just blended banana and orange juice, or milk and peaches. But there is this ice cream place in town that has the best every natural ice creams and they have these delicious Strawberry Cheesecake ice cream popsicles that I really want to replicate. Does anyone know how to make these? They have strawberry jam at the top and the rest is creamy cream cheese, but not as strong as plain cream cheese . . . . I´m thinking it´s mixed with milk.
